New around here? Fill out our contact form to apply and we will reach out within 48 hours. If we are a good fit for one another, we will send you a link to set up a profile in our pet care software and schedule a time to meet you and your pup. Our services are in high demand, so plan accordingly! It's never too early to reach out.

Meet Our Team

Prior to your first service, a member of our management team will come to your home to meet you and your dog(s), review your profile with you, answer any questions, and get you set up with a lockbox if you don't have one. We want to get to know you, and for you and your dog to get to know us!

Book Online

Request dog walking services from your phone or computer. We offer pet care 365 days a year between 8AM and 8:30PM. Set up a reoccurring schedule with us, or book as needed! From potty breaks to Structured Walk + Train sessions, we have plenty of service options to keep your dog happy, healthy, and enriched.

Receive Pupdates

Our Pet Professionals will keep you updated via text message when we are on the way to your home, while out with your pup, and when we leave including REAL-TIME photos and videos of our adventure. We take communication very seriously around here!

Above and Beyond Communication

Experience real-time text message communication every step of the way from our team. We send a minimum of four text messages and three photos/videos while with your dog so that you know exactly how our visit went (and so you can show off your dog to your coworkers). If you're seeking a 1-on-1 visit for your dog, check out our dog walking offerings! We promise that our visit will be the highlight of your dog's day (and your's too). Because our dog walks are 1-on-1, they can be personalized to the unique needs of your pet. Working on leash training or basic obedience? Our experienced team of pet professionals is here to help you enforce and stay consistent with dog training and help teach good behavior.

Looking for a dog sitter? In-home boarding is a great option for pups who adapt to new environments well. Our pet professionals will keep your pup’s daily routine and give them around-the-clock attention from the comfort of our personal homes. We find the perfect boarding match for your dog based on their preferences and personality. This service is offered only to current pet care clients who we see on a reoccurring basis.

Relax on your vacation while your pet is on a staycation of his or her own with one of our Pet Professionals in the comfort of their own home. A great low-stress option for keeping your pet in their daily routine and own environment while ensuring your pet (and your home) have around-the-clock love and care while you are away. This service is offered only to current pet care clients who we see on a reoccurring basis.

Our Pack Adventure program is THE ultimate structured physical and mental workout for city dogs. Your dog will hike, swim, play, and work on a variety of life skills under the close supervision of Dogs of Charm City and Monument City Dog. These half-day adventures are designed for e-collar trained dogs with foundational obedience and rock-solid recall.

Dogs who have completed training with Dogs of Charm City or one of our Balanced Training Partners

Dog Transportation

day train camp

We offer 2 and 3 week day train programs where your dog works with us M-F during working hours to train with us (much like school!) and will spend the evenings and weekends back in your home. No two dogs are the same, and goal setting for your dog and lifestyle are discussed in-depth prior to any of our training programs. We believe that training owners is just as important as training dogs, and all training programs include hands on sessions with owners throughout the program where we teach you the skills required to upkeep with training and continue building upon skills taught so that you can foster the very best version of your dog. Programs also include an in-home follow up session.

Day train programs start at $2000

private sessions

Our private 1:1 dog training sessions are great for owners looking to address specific behavior issues. We work with you AND your dog, together, teaching you how to maintain structure and upkeep training within the home. We schedule times where you are available and have sessions together both inside and outside the home based on your goals. Custom Private Packages start at $500

Leash walking bootcamp

Our most popular program, available exclusively to Dogs of Charm City dog walking clients. Leash manners are undoubtedly the number one skill Baltimore City dog owners ask for help with. Leash walking skills (engagement with owner, slack on the leash) not only keep you feeling in control, but keep your dog safe! In our Leash Walking Bootcamp, we work with your dog 1:1 during their normal walk time, and incorporate sessions with you to teach you how to upkeep training for safe and happy walking! $700 for 10 sessions
